BRING OUR MILITARY HOME

Why do we have over 700 military bases in 125 countries around the world?  I think the government could save a boat load of money by shutting those bases down and bringing our military personnel home.  Why do we have to be referees between countries that want to wipe each other out?  Are we the World Police?  What harm is it to us if a bunch of inbred monkey huggers kill each other?  We've been in Iraq and Afghanistan for 10 years and General Petrais says it may be another 10 years to get the job done.  And if/when we win, what do we win?  The savages over there will just start up where they left off once we leave.  Enough of our soldiers have lost their lives already, don't you think?  I have a brother-in-law in Afghanistan now and I want him to come home, sooner rather than later.
